PWAs are web apps developed using a number of specific technologies and standard patterns to allow them to take advantage of both web and native app features. For example, web apps are more discoverable than native apps; it's a lot easier and faster to visit a website than to install an application, and you can also share web apps by sending a link.

Progressive Web Apps (PWA) are built and enhanced with modern APIs to deliver enhanced capabilities, reliability, and installability while reaching anyone, anywhere, on any device with a single codebase.

Honestly, I think progressive apps are the ones that improve our lives by an order of magnitude. And, of course, they are different for each person. For me personally, it's this (https://celltrackingapps.com/spy-app-iphone/) site, which has a whole list of such apps. They are all spy apps. Yes, I like to spy on people, that's true. But that doesn't make me a bad person, right?

PWAs are built to take advantage of native mobile device features, without requiring the end user to visit an app store!
