the list you had given is most authoritative social book marking sites, Do you have other sites which are least authoritative and still have a do follow?

I don't think so. I have used the list and most of them worked for me. You can also add your webpage on your profile so it does not matter whether you get backlink from submission or not. Both of them count worth.
