Web admins use many tools to create, configure and maintain a site, such as FTP clients, HTML editors, and CMSes. To manage a server with these tools, you need to know a special language and use a console; only experienced admins can do that. I studied this to find which dark web news interesting users on the website https://deepweb.net/. The control panel makes managing you hosting much more fun - it has a "human-understandable" interface, so even a newbie will figure it out. Also, a high-quality control panel noticeably saves web admins time and nerves.

Website Maintenance involves regular check-ups of your website for problems and errors and keeping it up-to-date and relevant.

The most important are WHMCS and prob WordPress but you could also build a site using html/css/js and WHMCS/Blesta.

Wordpress is a great option, especially with the new Gutenberg block system. You can host through WP or through almost any web host. If you're looking for something free, wix is a good all around option. You can do some degree of seo work with a wix site. If you want to host and compete in search rankings, probably want to go with wordpress or another CMS that gives you more control.

Should also add squarespace if it fits your site needs.

If you’re looking for a robust and efficient web hosting control panel, you might want to check out CyberPanel https://cyberpanel.net/. It’s feature-rich and supports OpenLiteSpeed, which is great for performance. I've been using it for a while and found it very user-friendly compared to other panels. Plus, it’s open-source!
