Semantic SEO is buying domain name with keywords in it and make seo content on your website. Instead of using keywords you write your content about the topic the keywords describe. Your making content that offers more about the keywords you choose and has more information.

Example would be recipe instead of just listing it you describe how to make it and what problems you could have and how to fix them.
