Budget 50-80$, Processor E3 1230v2, Ram 16GB, Hard Disk 1TB x 2
Need good uptime and support for OS reload etc.

Does the dedicated server have to be in cyprus or can you use one in findland or bulgarai or uk. Try some companies that have 30 day trials for dedicated servers to see if you can use them.
