In the HTML code of a web page, links can be marked as either "do-follow" or "no-follow." The difference between these two types of links is how search engines interpret them, and how they can impact a website's search engine optimization (SEO).
A "do-follow" link is a standard HTML link that allows search engines to follow the link and pass along link equity (also known as link juice) to the linked website. This can help improve the linked website's search engine rankings, and is why many websites strive to earn do-follow links from high-authority websites.
A "no-follow" link, on the other hand, is a special type of link that has an attribute in its HTML code (rel="nofollow") that tells search engines not to follow the link or pass along any link equity. No-follow links are typically used when linking to websites that are not trustworthy, low-quality, or potentially spammy.
In general, it's a good idea to strive for a mix of both do-follow and no-follow links for a well-rounded and natural-looking link profile. However, the most important factor for any link is that it should add value for the user, regardless of whether it's a do-follow or no-follow link.

[B]Do-follow link means:
Do-follow links are those that allow Google and other search engines to point back to your website or blog. So, every time you insert a do-follow link on your site, it can point back to you, which strengthens your authority by showing search engines what other sites, blogs, and posts are linking to you.
-Not following the link means:
A no follow link is a link that does not count as a point in the page's favor, does not boost PageRank, and doesn't help a page's placement in the SERPs.
