Should I use a VPS from either scalahosting.com (https://www.scalahosting.com/cloud-servers.html) or inet.ws (https://inet.ws/)?
Any ideas?

How long has the web host been in business?
Have they changed management/ownership in that time or, more importantly, recently?

Nice low-cost vps hosting solutions are offered by hostingsource.com (https://hostingsource.com/) (USA) and profvds.com (https://profvds.com/) (Europe).
The price is very reasonable compared to other hosts I've seen.

Would like to say that scalahosting.com (https://scalahosting.com/) has superb reputation for proving stable hosting service.
Good communication and customer service are key to great web-host, and it has these qualities in spades.

I use https://libertyvps.net/offshore-vps
Because they allow me to pay in BTC and they protect me as their client.

The best vps depends on what your doing. If your making sites for one area or country use a cheap vps that has servers located in that area. If your making websites or blogs for word wide us than a cheap vps with free trial money back guarantee that has no vat taxes

I have a Basic VPS at Scalahosting.com (https://www.scalahosting.com/) I use for most of my web development customers, and the server has not had any appreciable downtime since I signed up eight months ago. You can contact them about anything. It doesn't have to be a problem. Even general inquiries are happily and quickly addressed. I mean quick, too; often within minutes.
