I’ve used a lot of these tools over the years, and they’re all pretty solid! Google Analytics has been a lifesaver for tracking traffic, and SEMrush has really helped with competitive insights. One tool I want to mention that’s been a game-changer for me is an Email Checker (https://mailtester.ninja/). I was running an email campaign last year and didn’t realize how many invalid addresses I had on my list. Using this tool saved me from a lot of bounce-backs and improved deliverability. As for Hootsuite and Buffer, they’ve been great for streamlining social media posts, while Canva makes designing content super easy.

I’ve cycled through most of these tools depending on the project, Google Analytics, SEMrush, even Ahrefs, but one area I kept overlooking was email list quality. I got burned doing a cold email push a while back because too many of the emails bounced. It didn’t just tank deliverability; it also triggered spam filters on future campaigns, which was brutal. Started cleaning lists before every campaign since then.

What’s helped me lately is using an email verifier website (https://mailtester.ninja/) that checks for dead or fake addresses before I send anything. Cut down my bounce rate big time and email stats look far healthier now.
