Shared web hosting recommendations

hello, im new here and am looking for some expert advice
please recommend me some shared webhosting, preferably with us/eu based servers and unique a-class ip address.
would be great to not have to pay more than 5 usd a month per site.
Is hostingsource.com web hosting service trustworthy? Any reviews please?

I have now transfered all my hosting to Centoserver.com and also Webhost.pro and I am very happy and proud. recommended 100%.
The add-ons work a high percentage of the time. Their rates are really affordable and you really should take a look at them if you want to create a site or transfer from an old host!
