What forum software is the best from your experience?

Would like to host one of my clients websites, it is forum discussion board about different vehicles.
Require over 50 gbs of SSD and the opportunity to upgrade to bigger account.

I have used phpBB and vBulletin, the latter is easier to manage but vBulletin has more customisation options.
