Google and other major search engine does not count multiple links from one page, only the first one counts.
Is it true?
For example I am making 3-6 backlinks for my site from 1 blog commenting. Would my site get SEO value for all backlinks or only for one backlinks?
Can Google count backlinks as a human?
How much backlinks are worthily from 1 blog comment or forum comment?

I haven't heard that Google don't count multiple links from a single page, do you have proof of that?

Yes it can be guessed that even tens of links from one single page would be like only one and about the values, it is recommended to use a variety of link building methods because nowadays a combination of formulas works best. For example, links from blog comments, forums posts, articles submitted, social bookmarking web pages and more and they all could be useful.

In organic SEO, we have to build one backlinks while one blog commenting. https://bit.ly/3bJnokj
