You can easily find keyword density of any keywords by using following formula :

No.of times of keywords which used in web content / Total no. of words in your content * 100

For example if any article have 200 hundred words in which a particular keywords used 8 time then keyword density will be 4% by using above formula for these particular keywords.

Unfortunately what i have seen here is no answer to above question.. many of us have just kept our thoughts with thanks and nice info... but @ royal.. i think what the formula which you have suggested is really the correct one.

you can calculate the kw density as:

(no. of kw used/Total number of keywords)*100

You will get the exact kw density :)

You can easily find the keyword density of any of the keywords by using the following formula:

Number of times the keywords you used to / Total number of Web content. words in its content * 100

For example, if an article has 200 words when a certain keyword, used 8 times more keyword density will be 4% using the above formulas for these keywords.

We can check keyword density from Keyword Density Checker tool.
A keyword density checker is a program that analyzes text to see what the ratio of keywords to the text is. These tools are easy to find on the Internet for free. Some sites have free downloadable checkers, and other sites have a box that you can simply paste text into. By knowing the keyword density percentage, the writer of the article can make sure it has the best chance to be triggered.
