Your calendar events in Outlook are not migrating to Lotus Notes because Outlook saves all data (including calendars) in PST files and Lotus Notes in a completely different format NSF. When you deal with manual moving of your data out of PST files, usually email moves well, while calendar events, contacts and others are often left behind or lose their formatting.
