I wonder if brixly.uk (https://brixly.uk/cpanel-reseller-hosting/) is a right reseller hosting provider - any ideas?

Never heard of Brixly but for me I have tested few others like

namecrane.com (I have tested their singapore and Las Vegas node and LV is by far best)
inmotionhosting.com
interserver.net

etc.

I’ve been reselling with brixly.uk and it’s been solid so far. I haven’t had any downtime issues, and whenever I needed support they responded quickly and actually helped.

I've seen mixed but generally positive feedback about Brixly, especially for reseller hosting and support. If you're comparing options, I'd also take a look at InterServer (https://www.interserver.net/webhosting/reseller-hosting.html) since their reseller plans are competitively priced and they've been around for a long time.

In the end, I'd compare support responsiveness, uptime, and backup features rather than choosing on price alone.
