Outlook remembers old contacts but won't suggest new ones — any fix?

I'm facing a strange Outlook issue. The program still remembers a few older email addresses, but any new recipients I send messages to never appear in suggestions. It's becoming frustrating because I rely heavily on AutoComplete for daily communication.
