I'm facing a strange Outlook issue. The program still remembers a few older email addresses, but any new recipients I send messages to never appear in suggestions. It's becoming frustrating because I rely heavily on AutoComplete for daily communication.

While trying to Fix Outlook Autocomplete Not Working (https://www.drssoftech.com/blog/fix-outlook-autocomplete-not-working-error/), I rebuilt the AutoComplete list, restarted Outlook, and even created a new Outlook profile. Some addresses returned temporarily, but the problem eventually came back.

What made things more confusing was that Outlook occasionally froze while synchronizing folders. After reading technical forums, I learned that autocomplete not working in Outlook may sometimes indicate underlying PST file problems. Since my mailbox contains several years of business emails, I suspected the data file could be involved.

I decided to test the DRS Softech Outlook PST Repair Tool (https://www.drssoftech.com/pst-recovery/). The software repaired mailbox errors and restored damaged Outlook components. After reconnecting the repaired PST file, Outlook began saving and suggesting new email addresses correctly again.

I'm curious whether anyone has encountered a situation where AutoComplete partially worked but failed to learn new contacts. What solution ultimately fixed it for you?

Has anyone experienced Outlook AutoComplete remembering older email addresses but refusing to save new ones? In my case, Outlook continued suggesting contacts I'd emailed years ago, but newly contacted recipients never appeared in the AutoComplete list.

To fix Outlook AutoComplete not working (https://www.cubexsoft.com/blog/outlook-email-not-updating-automatically/), I tried several common solutions, including clearing and rebuilding the AutoComplete cache, repairing my Outlook profile, and restarting the application. Unfortunately, the issue kept returning after a short period.

While troubleshooting, I also noticed Outlook becoming sluggish and occasionally hanging during mailbox operations. That made me suspect there might be a problem with my Outlook data file. Since my PST file contains years of emails and important business data, I decided to investigate further.

I ended up using the CubexSoft Outlook Converter (https://www.cubexsoft.com/outlook-export/) Tool to process and verify my PST file. After exporting and reconnecting the mailbox data, Outlook started functioning normally again, and AutoComplete began saving and suggesting newly contacted email addresses as expected. The tool also helped preserve my emails, attachments, and folder structure without any data loss.

I'm wondering if anyone else has faced a similar situation where Outlook AutoComplete worked only partially. Was the issue related to the AutoComplete cache itself, the Outlook profile, or a PST file problem? What solution worked for you?
