Because he wants to resell to a person for use as a movie sharing service as the netherlands to not have copyright laws on movies only on software.

Why don't you check the Dutch xxxxxxxxxxxxxx We would recommend someone but the best you can do is to fin an original source with many providers and to be able to compare them.

Well, Hostcolor.com has a datacenter in the Netherlands, where exactly?
There are some other companies I bumped into at forums, www.solidhost.com (not sure if they have shared plans), www.strato.nl, www.dutch-hosting.nl.

Leaseweb is the best known netherlands based dedicated host. They got good reputation, some of my friends even use their service for some very busy forums.
