Step 1. Go to Google.com
Step 2. Search for your favourite game: "Settlers of Catan forum
site:boardgamegeek.com"
Step 3. Click on the "Cached" link for the forums page of your
favorite game.
Step 4. Now you have a Google cached version of the forum index page.
Find a tread you would like to read. I liked the tread "Tips for
Beginners". Make note of the thread title.
Final step: Now it is time to search Google a final time to get a
cached version of the forum thread you want to read: "Settlers of
Catan Tips for Beginners forum site:boardgamegeek.com". Click on
"Cached"

Enjoy. :)

The Google “cache” command will help you find the cached copy – the way the Web page looked when Google’s spiders indexed it - of any Web page.

Google cache is just a snapshot or copy of the page in which goggle is crowled. Google usually takes a snapshot of each page of its inspection and caching or storage of the version as a backup.

You probably need to update your content for Google cache. Article submission is another fast method for indexing .

Google usually takes a snapshot of each page during inspection. Google cache is just a snapshot or copy of the page in which Google's spiders crawled.

In real there is no fast way or short cut for fast Google cahce, because its happens when google come on your web page and take a snap shot of that page.
Still there are some ways you can increase cache rate.

One way is to change the rate of frequency in sitemap for a particular web page. Change it as required accordingly weekly or monthly.

Later whenever you change anything on your website upload sitemap and resubmit the sitemap through webmaster tools.

Along with that google also relies on social timeline. So whenever you change any particular web page share that link through social networking.

Try this and within a day or 2 your page may get cache at easrliest as possible.
