The Google Instant Preview is one of the new services added to google for better search result for the users.With the help of this users can take a preview of that site and they can get the relevant sites they are searching.

I'm glad the preview doesn't pop up automatically just by hovering your mouse over the link. I've experienced that with some websites and it is rather annoying; while you're trying to read one link or headline you move your mouse so you can read it, then a preview pops up and blocks what you were originally reading. Google's enhancement will be optional so no unwanted blocking will occur. Thanks Google for all your innovation.

Yup google added it andthey are trying to make search as easy as possible for their users ...now we dont have to open tabs or new window as we can view preview of the page and can understand weather that page is useful to us or not...

Google instant has affected the "long tail keywords".

visitor will click on those website , whose web design will be better. So it may be possible that web design may take over content.

Instant Previews offers a graphical overview of the search result and highlight the key elements in order to find the right page quickly and easy as browsing the magazine. You can use it to click on the magnifying glass next to the title of each search result page is displayed and visual tour on the right.

Yes, google has added new instant preview and its for making user's search in a easy way. the very important thing about it is it takes less time so rather than using new tab we can use this!!!
