hello can someone explain how google spiders work exactly and do all search engines have these??

Yes all of search engines have this. This spider just visit your site and copy it to google's cache, that's how it remembers all your content

When Search Engine Spider comes on your web page than it takes a snapshot of your web page and save it on his database. When you update your site like content change, Meta Tag changes etc than it comes again and overwrite new change with old. It's call Google Index.

it search for updated content if its there it modify its cache information
