Does capital or small letters affect SERP result?

I saw this kind of problem first time. My keyword “software development India” is showing different SERP results. If I search for “software development india” then it appears at 153 in Google for Perception System (http://www.perceptionsystem.com/) and if I search for “software development India” then it appears at 20. It means, it is showing different results for SERP.
Does capital or small letters affect SERP result? Is there anyone expert to answer this?

capital or small letters doesn't affect SERP results.

Letter case will not metter for SERP.You will get same result for both case style of letter.

No, it does not matter and has not any effect on your website. Keywords always matched without regard to uppercase or lowercase letters

here both keywords you share are one and the same.
and if you are getting different results for the same keywords, that means your keywords position isn't stable. you have to work on it to stable the position.
