Questions On Article Publishing For SEO

Hi All

I have a few questions on article marketing for seo purposes.

1, Do i submit to as many sites as i can? If so what about duplicate content etc posting the same article to many sites.

2, If no to above which article sites should i post to.

If someone can help me out this would be great.

For ezinearticles , buzzle, and few nos. of high PR sites get unique articles and post their spun form to other directories. Article sare very good source of getting good relevant backlink from high pr sites.

Don't post all spun article on same day wait at least 2-4 days before posting.
