Hi guys,
What is w3c validator , and is it useful in SEO ?? if it is then how ??

It validates the compliance of your code to whatever standard your page is defined (at the very top of your html file), I personally don't think it makes a big difference for SEO but others may tell you different. I find whenever I need to insert flash banners with certain variables it breaks my w3 compliance, but whether or not that's actually affected anything I don't know.

its not important as you are thinking you just focus on your onpage as well as off page seo

Validate your HTML,XHTML files with W3C. An XHTML document is validated against a Document Type Definition (DTD).
