Uptime?
We have a pretty solid uptime, we have had two or three outages in the last 6 months, however each lasted less than 3 minutes.
Oversold?
Well from the price and plans, I am sure you can see they are not oversold. We hold a no overselling policy, quality is key! We want our customers to stay not run!
Company?
DialANetwork Limited is currently operating DialAServer, however within the next day DialAServer will become it's own private limited UK company.
DialANetwork has been around for the past 15 months, so we are here to stay.
Locations?
We offer 4 locations, however the current stock is USA, we also have some French stock, so do ask if you want another location.
Expensive?
We think our prices are stable, friendly and fairly low priced since they include management as well.
Setup?
All servers are deployed instant, however some errors may happen from time to time, so submit a ticket if this isn't the case.
