I am preparing to re-develop my website and even change the domain name, therefore, that consumers can find my site. I thought this will make it easier for me to promote my site. I'll keep the primary keyword, my domain name. But I worry about the ranking of Google. Currently, the new domain is a parking page. Should I create a "Coming Soon Page" with the introduction of a staple? I will also add the contents of important keywords. To keep the G rating, which I think must generate before indexing the site inlinks?

If you are changing domain, keywords will be impacted slightly* if you've optimized the new website well according to the old one.
There is nothing which can help to keep ranking stable especially when you are moving to the new domain.

Indexing takes time and meanwhile it will be impacted!
And don't forget to redirect user to new website from old domain if your site is getting really good amount of daily visitors.

Start displaying note or banner that this website will be move to new address after this date. So you won't loose too many customers/visitors.
