I have a question regarding domain name registration. I would like to become a a body which can register any main name. What are the basic thing to become domain registrar? Please help me.

If you wish to become a top level (.com, .net etc) domain Registrar you will need to become ICANN Accredited. If you wish to provide uk registrations you will need to become Nominet Accredited. There are other requirements for certain domain types but ICANN should certainly be the first organisation you contact regarding this.
