Is .info sites are worthless?

In link building we are seeing more directories & bookmarking sites with .info domain extension. Is it helps in link building? I came to know most of the .info sites are same IP. It seems getting links from same class c will give a only one back link. Give me the solution for this.Thanks!

For blog, it's good but for better rank of your website, .com domain is perfect.

Definitely link building with .info, .com, or another extension is quality as long as it is a quality website. You need to get backlink from related themes only. This will help you in ranking your site in search engines. If you are good in link building, then you can get backlinks from .gov, .edu, .org sites. But it is very much hard to get a link from it as long as your site is outstanding.

Links from Directories and the Bookmarking sites have not much value. So, try to change your link building methods for better results.
