both of them reflect the same. There are different addon's and toolbars to display PR's.

The both are showing the page rank for the websites.

PageRank is a link analysis algorithm which Google considers to give a certain PR to site But PageRank toolbar is where we can see the PR of our site given by Google. That's the answer. Both are not same.
