How do i add another domain onto server?

As you can tell i am very new to hosting and being honest it really confuses me. I am with the baby croc plan with host gator so i can have unlimited domains and such. When i am on my Control panel with my current site it just has all the stats for that. How do i get another separate domain on the control panel?

Please contact your provider. You can ask them about your issue, they will assist you. But, if your CP is plesk, just go to your CP--> domain--> create domain. Good luck

OK I'm there with a second domain name and MX Record. Can you point me to adding the new email address policy? I guess it is done through the EMS. What are the commands?

Login into your control panel. You will see a option of addon domain. Enter the new domain name there and click OK, so that the domain name gets added to your control panel.
