Hi,

I have VPS and im having problems with it, its overloading to 100% each day and causing it to shutdown on SolusVM (which i have to boot it each time), because its unmanaged i have to fix the problem myself..

They said i ether have to optimize mysql or my scripts etc..

Does anyone have any solutions on this ?

Yes, optimizing your database will definitely help. If you are using cPanel with your server then you just need to login into your phpMyAdmin and select the database which you wish to optimize the tables of. After that you will see a drop down menu, at the bottom of the table list (“With Selected” will be the default option of that drop down list). There you can select the “Optimize Table” option. Once you select that option, it will optimize the table and will return the status.

It can be anything within a web server. Few possibilities:
- High volume of traffic can cause a lot of slowness within the server
- Server has less than 2 CPUs, running a lot of processes, minimal memory
