How to remove one page from site link without Webmaster tools?

When I search on Google by my website main keyword, I got the result with 4 sitelinks. But I don't want the one of them to show on the result, and I don't want to add this site to Google webmaster tools.

Is there a way to remove this page from sitelinks without Webmaster tools?

If I add Robot NOFOLLOW to that page, will it low down my SEO?
