Where can I host web sites on different class c ip's with multiple and unlimited name servers?
I have found the thread about aseohosting, they seem to provide what I need.
Are there better variants?

Keep in mind that some hosts allow you to rent more than 1 IP and some don't, It all depends on your hosting provider.

I have failed to find something better than aseohosting services in terms of SEO.
It seems to me they are the leader in this segment of providing hosting services.

With cPanel, if you have a reseller account (multiple domains account), and 2 dedicated IPs, you can share those same IPs for as many nameservers as you want.
