Also my advice is better going with paid hosting rather than wasting time with free hosting provider who will not fit your need at some point. Till now i don't have anyone to recommend you as best and real free hosting company. Almost everyone has some drawbacks when compare with others. If you need to host your site as a beginner just to learn and get idea about hosting then you can go with free web hosting.

Agreed, it is always better to go with a paid host. Shared hosting is the least expensive, usually only a couple dollars a month! If you want to trust that your website is in safe hands, then it would be best to opt for paid hosting.
