When you add a new page a site after some time search engine cache this page. It is the natural way of caching and It indexed by organic algorithm of search engine.

But I have observed not most but an appropriate number of people do book marking or commenting like thing to cache quickly newly added pages.

from SEO point of view i will suggest that at first time wait for few days, if it does not get cached then go for different method. As very first day your page has been uploaded and linked to different sites, seems like spam.
