Website script transfer

Hi, I need someone or some advice on how to transfer my article website script to a new wordpress script. I am currently using the Article Dashboard script and I want to transfer it to the wordpress platform without loosing any of the data such as user profiles, articles, etc. I have posted this request before but got no reply so I thought maybe I was not clear on what I needed. If you can help me, please post or message me.
