View Full Version : Lack of TRUE customer Service/Technical Suuport

I have been using the same company for over three years now for my dedicated server needs. I love the package that I have with them BUT the level of customer service and technical support is lacking. I will not name any names as it accomplishes nothing but I just wish that hosting services providers would get a CLUE and understand that like a hamburger, we can get pretty much the same thing just about anywhere. The difference is in the type and level of customer service and technical support you provide.

For myself, I am looking into moving my business elsewhere but so far the sales departments I have run into are just as incompetent as theproblems I am having with customer service/technical support. I am not inpressed in the least! So my will bare with my delimma until someone else comes along that wants to earn my business and whose promises are true. Trust me having owned and run a multimillion dollar carpet business for over years; I know a deal and can smell a rat when it comes along. just sayin.....

John, we have a reputable company that would be well-suited for your needs.You might pay a little more, but you will be totally satisfied with our Customer Support as well as Sales department.We take good care of our clients!

I totally Agree with what your saying. Companies do need to know what customers need from them and how to go about it. It is not hard to give people your all when speaking to them. I'm sure even if something technical took a long time but that person dealing with the technical fault kept in touch with the customer giving him/her an update every so often they would be satisfied.
