Server location?
24/7/365 Premium Support via Phone, Live Chat, and Ticket System (Email) - This configuration will cost a lot for you.

managed server and ROOT access. if server is managed, how they can give yo root access? Nobody wants to share their own sctipts and configurations with you.

Taking into consideration your specific needs, I would highly recommend you to check wirenine.com - this decent web hosting provider has nice reputation for providing stable and fast hosting services and i am 100% sure that their dedicated servers (http://www.wirenine.com/dedicated-servers/) will suit you down to the ground.

Use coupon '50percent' for 50% off first invoice. not recurring.

Think you can make an order at exmasters.com, having various servers of stable quality and if there won't be the suitable one, look up the possibility oа using greenolivetree.net services, which are available for an individual plans customization. Moreover this provider (greenolivetree) is now offering half off discount code (server50).

I would also check out Review sites before you made a decision. Not only should price be a factor, but customer service and tech support are extremely important.

Talking about dedicated hosting services i will definitely prefer Managed web hosting. I am using the product of managed hosting providers and extremely satisfied with it. It enables me to fully focus on my website promotion and other vital business activities as i don't have to look over the monitoring or maintenance of the server.

Think of trying 1paket.com servers, they are low cost and contain many resources in them.
And their Summer Specials (http://www.1paket-shop.com/epages/61732624.sf/en_US/?ObjectPath=/Shops/61732624/Categories/FLAT) are attractive.

I agree with all of those that say "look at reviews", you need to know who you are dealing with. ;)

Make sure that the host does not have blacklisted IPs. The host that you want to do business with would not be one that promotes illegal sites, spammers, or other security issues.

As for reliable options where you will be able to order dedicated servers, I can recommend these web hosts:
- Mediumcube.com (http://Mediumcube.com)
- Inmotionhosting.com (http://Inmotionhosting.com)
- Newhost.ro (http://Newhost.ro)
There are thousands of web hosting companies out there, but only a few dozen are true hosting companies like these web hosts. compare them and choose the best.

By far the best web host review site is webhostreportcards.com. There you will find user- submitted reviews, not fluff from paid advertisers.

The best thing would be to go for managed Dedicated server hosting to avoid any problem, in this hosting company will perform proactive services to prevent problems on your server.
