It’s my frequent observation of sponsored ads in Google that started using index result. This is about click and pay. It does not seem like a awkward matter as the competitive keywords in the list appears actually the same way as the organic outcome. These are organized in column form consisting four ads. There are two buttons on the page are shown in the search box that suggest the search result are paid, instead of being searched on the website. Does it happen on line and if it happens whether it is good or bad? I seek opinion about it.

SEO should be your 1st for promotion because it's organic while PPC is paid.

but if one wants to promote their offers instantly, SEO won't help. At that time PPC can help you to rank your site on the top of SERPs.

PPC gives you faster results than SEO.
you have to pay whenever users clicked on your links, PPC is costly than SEO.
Both are beneficial techniques in its own way.
PPC is best for a new site for increase visitors on the site. you can choose keywords in the BId, which are a high ranked
SEO is the Longest process which may take a long time to achieve ranking in the search engine.

There is a huge different between SEO and PPc. SEO is a methodology of techniques which is used to improve Website traffic and Keywords Ranking without paying. But PPC is Paying method used to run the Ads, It will give good leads in the short term.
