Where I will uplaod xml site map In Head or Body section OF WEBSITE?

You have a site map then after upload in your website Cpanel go to file manager folder and upload a file.

you want to upload the xml file to your root directory of your website. once you have done this you can check to see if its there by typing into your browser yoursite.com/sitemap.xml your site map should display. You can then open a Google webmaster account and submit your sitemap to Google to crawl.
