When you are giving Page Title you should keep criteria for specifying page title. Such as

1. 250 Characters Long.
2. Maximum 4 keywords in title.

I don't agree with this. 250 characters is very long. You should stick to 60 characters and 1 or 2 keywords is best. Form it in such a way that it best describes your page and its content.
