Indexing problem is as usual yet

Dear all,
Indexing Problem is as usual for me, actually my website is http://www.hoodaki.com is cached daily, but problem is http://www.hoodaki.com/fareast/Index.aspx is not cache till date, I have discuss approximately all forums, but nobody give me suitable suggestion how to I cac it. I have done approximately all Off Page SEO activity, but reason is n not find till today.
