Customer loyalty marketing means, totality of feelings or attitudes that would incline a customer to consider the re-purchase of a particular product, service or brand or re-visit a particular company, shop or website. Customer loyalty has always been critical to business success and profitability.

Customer loyalty marketing is the form of the marketing in which different business activities are carried out for the promotion of the products. Customer loyalty refers to the selection of the products or services according to the need of the customer. The target customers are considered to play important roles in various ways. There are some of the customers that are found to be very much brand loyal to a particular brand or company as the selection of the brand depends upon the user. However the customer loyalty marketing is the one in which the products or services are developed according to the likeability factor from the customers.

The marketing may also be carried out according to the satisfaction level of the employees too and but there are a lot of customers that are considered to be loyal to the products or services which are being used by them and at the same time some of them may not be loyal due to the factors which are being offered by the products to the customers.
