inbound links vs. reciprocal links

How would you guys rate inbound links vs. reciprocal links in terms of importance ? - 70/30 , 90/10 , in favour of inbound?

These two aren’t comparable elements...The latter is just a shady way to achieve former...
Reciprocal linking is a big no-no for me because I have many organic ways to build backlinks for my site.
I use Keyword Country to build my link building campaign and track that of my competitors. It works for me :)

I also would never prefer two way linking, and if forced then would like to place the link of opposite site on to a ordinary blog, rather that placing it directly on to the site for which I want to collect backlink.

According to me inbound links are more profitable so i would go with 70/30 rating.

This is actually enjoyable info around the link building. As Link building is often well-defined as repetition of receiving links from additional sites to individual site.
