This same question was posted just now but Google dancing is when you site is in the process of being re-indexed by Google and you might find that you site changes positions over time during this period.

Each time a message tool is deliberated, I continuously choose for Google Wave. This internet message platform safeguards two-way chats. It also lets distribution of web based content and photographs.

Google dancing does not exist anymore...It is over for good!
Before the implementation of Caffeine (January, 2011), Google used to update its results periodically. During those updates, the SERPs would fluctuate, stabilise, fluctuate again, stabilise again... and eventually settle down (until the next update). This behaviour of SERPs was tagged as "Google Dance".
Since the introduction of "everflux" (ongoing "live" updates as we see nowadays), Google does not dance anymore...

Google has two other servers that can be used for searching. The search results on them also change during the monthly update and they are part of the Google dance.
