What do you think about PR calculating?

Guys i have one question about PR.. What do you think about PR calculating? Is it really possible to achieve a PR 6 with 19 backlinks from a website that also has a PR 6?

i believe that hard because most of high PR, usually do have lot of pages , quality content and backlink.
The chances is niche .
If you get it , it maybe Google Dance. But it you maintain maybe it become true.

It is possible. The high PR can do much good effect to your site. PR 6 is pretty good.

Neither I care about Pr nor about its calculation.

And certainly it is not possible to achieve PR 6 with 19 backlinks. Though, PR sculpting helps in improving PR of the linking page, but only 19 backlinks won't squeeze a huge credit from linked page.
