Is paidforumposting good for getting more traffic to forum?

While I was looking for any tips that can be good for generating traffic to my forum, I found paidforumposting.com service.. I must say that my forum is almost dead and now I need to do everything to keep it attractive.

Can I trust them? Will it be good idea? How do you think?

I haven't used their service but I suggest that you do not only concentrate on forums for your own forum promotion, add social media campaign to get new users for your forum.
