How to set crawling time of any site in web master ?

you can set your website to be visited by indexers/crawlers on the meta tag

<meta name="revisit-after" content="3 days">
this means your site will be revisited after three days from the last time that it was crawled by google's spiders.. hope that answers your question.

You mean the search engine crawling? You can't set time for the search engine crawling whereas a page can be hidden from crawling
