High Risk

I am planning on starting an Adult website/business and I was wondering if anyone had advice on any high risk payment processors? I have heard of a couple, ie. M2 Worldwide, but I would like more to compare. Does anyone have any personal experience in this matter or any advice for building an adult website? Anything will help!
