I need: 10 GB disk space, unmeterd bandwidth and Guaranteed RAM 256 MB at $30 per month, is that possible to have?
Happy-hosting Windows VPS (http://www.happy-hosting.com/windows-vps.html) is under my consideration.

256 MB RAM and unmetered bandwidth? Unless you are spamming, You may need to have some decent RAM to manage the heavy traffic you are expecting. There is hardly anything left in 256 MB ram, after what the control panel and OS takes.

Why not choose Windows specialized web host?
I am sure that aspnix.com will suit you down to the ground.. they offer nice Windows VPS (https://aspnix.com/servers/virtual-servers) deals at reasonable rates.
The Control Panel Module allows you to provision websites, FTP accounts, ODBC connections, scheduled tasks, perform automated backups and other tasks all from within their control panel.

256 MB RAM and unmetered bandwidth? Unless you are junk mail, You may need to have some reasonable RAM to deal with the high-traffic you are anticipating. There is hardly anything remaining in 256 MB ram, after what the user interface and OS requires.

Special: use the code (50%discount) - get 50% off the price.

In general, if you want to use things like ASP, you have no choice but to look for a Windows NT/2008/XP machine for your server.

Well Aspnix VPS deals seem more attractive for me right now.
They have more resourceful plans which cost less and have excellent support.
And their Current promotion – Double RAM on all virtual server plans!
