There are multiple tools available online but I am not quite keen on automated submissions because such a bad marketing technique gets you a whopping number of backlinks in a very, very short period of time. This may alarm search engines and if they are able to dig out the truth (most certainly, they will), the whole purpose of submission gets defeated.

If you can risk your website’s ranking, get going with it. Else, stick to manual submissions alone.

I also preferred to do directory submission manually. I don't like to use any tool or software for doing it. I think add-ons like auto-fill forms and informenter are useful when you are doing directory submission. These can make your work easy.
