I think if you use flash in a website then it is not SEO friendly because of some reason.
1. Flash website takes much loading time to compare HTML sites.
2. Flash website has no separate pages because it's made up of a SWF file.
3. Instead of separate page content and images load in frames.
4. You can’t differentiate the images from each other or optimize them with ALT tags.
5. No Meta tags, sitemap or description supports.
6. It’s has no separate pages so not has separate URL’s.

Nope, because flash will cause your website load slow and it will affect your website performance like slow loading speed and high bounce rate. And it hard to how it related to your keywords.
If you website is full of flash then you need work damn hard on offsite SEO to get rank.
